We start from the idea that such a link can be observed outside the organizational sphere, particularly in everyday life. We took two questionnaires used in organizations to measure these two concepts, we adjusted them to civilian life, and conducted an all-comers sample of 295 participants. The results show that social justice is linked to social citizenship behaviors.

In this phobia, we can identify, via cognitive and behavioral therapy, avoidance and reassurance-seeking behaviors. Clinical psychoanalytic research shares this reading of phobia but adds to it a determining function in the psychic balance: enabling the expression of an unconscious conflict. In this case, suppressing the phobic symptom could destabilize the subject’s psychic balance, in particular if the symptom served to alleviate depressive narcissistic anxieties, as in our hypothesis concerning emetophobia.

In this general population study, we attempt to shed some light on this issue by using new ethical dilemmas including several variants. The conditions manipulated within the proposed scenarios provide a better understanding of the parameters guiding the moral decision-making of the individuals surveyed (n= 757; age= 18–20; sex ratio= 45%–55%). The various analyses carried out (multiple regression, or structural equation modeling) show that certain facets of the psychopathic personality are closely linked to a lack of sensitivity to moral norms (proscriptive and prescriptive), and to a resolutely instrumental (and therefore non-impartial) utilitarianism. The scope of these findings is discussed in detail.

• résumés de thèse

Reyre (Rémy).— Le corps en-jeu.
