Part 2: Diegesis, tripartition of narratives, and analysis operators<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Abstract: The TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) can be considered not in its mimetic narrative dimension, but rather as a diegetic universe.\u00a0The structural analysis of the narratives articulated in psychoanalysis makes it possible to think of the narrative as overdetermined by the subject\u2019s unconscious conflicts.\u00a0We propose an alternative to the analyses of the School of Paris by excluding the primacy of diagnostic concerns. The recourse to structuralism allows us to formalize six analysis operators: the canonical scheme of the narrative, with its tripartition into IS-C-R (Initial Situation, Complication, Resolution); the placing of the TAT picture card within the narrative; actants; narrator\/recipient; temporality; and narrative effects.\u00a0The form and recipients of a story are thus more important than its theme. However, these diagnoses refer to a range of different symptomatological sets, as well as individual and social rationales that are sometimes contradictory. In clinical work, we encounter socially integrated subjects who may feel isolated, as well as subjects who are effectively isolated but who sometimes have no complaint about this social withdrawal (hikikomori syndrome, \u201cinternet addictions\u201d). We first revisit the structural gap between loneliness and isolation, and then discuss the proposal of detecting these phenomena with the support of a clinical methodology. The methodology used combines a qualitative psychodynamic clinical approach and the method of a single case, that of David, a 15-year-old adolescent. The results obtained indicate that writing, the relationship to the malleable medium, and the group \u201cphoric\u201d function facilitate a psychomotor appeasement of the subject which opens to a possible construction of the subject\u2019s subjectivation. This research hypothesizes that, despite the theoretical sufficiency of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explain the intention to engage in informal work restructuring programs, the consideration of subjective descriptive norms, and of desire, would increase the model\u2019s explanatory weight. The research integrates desire as a mediator between intention and its determinants. Two studies test this: one with informal workers (N= 337), and the other with the promotors of informal production units (IPUs) (N= 175). The results of hierarchical regression and mediation analyses are consistent with the hypotheses. We focus on the representations of school of 111 disabled pupils, 50 girls and 61 boys aged between 7.5 and 16 years, schooled in a CLIS (social inclusion class in primary school), a ULIS (localized unit for social inclusion in secondary school), or an IME (medico-educational institution). The pupils were asked to produce a drawing of \u201creal school\u201d and another of \u201cimaginary school\u201d (Caglar 1990), before orally answering questions to specify their representations and experiences of school. It focuses on the expression and evolution of alexithymia and its association with impulsivity and depression among users of a Belgian service, Praxis, which offers a group empowerment program for perpetrators of domestic violence. The findings indicated that male offenders reported more depressive feelings and more difficulty in identifying and expressing their emotions (alexithymia) than the general population. The aim of this study is to compare the psychic issues of aggression in sixteen men with BPD, seventeen men with APD, and thirteen men from the general population. Aggression is evaluated based on the indicators of aggression in the Rorschach protocols. The results indicate that participants with BPD and APD present a need to control the other, as well as an identification with the aggressor. Participants with APD present an aggression turned against the self and a need to dominate the object in an aggressive manner. Although TA was originally elaborated for adult clients, it has since been researched and used in clinical practice with children and families. TA with children (TA-C) is conceived of as a brief family therapy intervention through which parents are helped to develop a more coherent, empathic, accurate, and useful understanding of their child. It is believed that this changed view of the child leads to healthier family interactions, and that these are often sufficient to resolve the presenting problems. In this article, we will consider the concept of diagnosis based on our research and clinical experience in South Lebanon. The assessment of children\u2019s psychic disorders following the bombing of the village of Qana in 1996 and 2006 has led us to distinguish between the traumatic event and the trauma\u00a0itself\u00a0and to\u00a0reassess\u00a0the concept of post-traumatic stress disorder. Diagnoses established according to the ICD-10 classification in 160 boys and 105 girls, aged between 6 and 12 years, are presented. These 265 children were seen in the medico- psychological centers that were created after the bombing of Qana. We will present here the clinical case of Ben, a 13-year-old teenager showing signs of restlessness and presenting difficulties concentrating at school.
