To understand the professional development of operators in the field of human-machine interactions, he substitutes Vergnaud\u2019s conceptual pair \u201cscheme\/situation\u201d with that of \u201cconceptual structure of the situation\/operative model of the subject.\u201d To what extent is there continuity or rupture from one theory to the other? What, then, of the epistemological compatibility between the two? Is it certain that there is the same understanding of the notion of \u201cconceptualization in action\u201d between the two? This transition from one conceptual pair to another is also explored through the two authors\u2019 research. The objective is to highlight their conceptual affiliations in the approach to the power to act by retracing what is at the heart of each one\u2019s scientific thought, with the aim of underlining their connections. The conception of the power to act according to Pierre Rabardel inherits, in particular, G\u00e9rard Vergnaud\u2019s \u201csituation-scheme\u201d relationship, which underlies the activity, and the central place granted to the structural evolution of the subject\u2019s resources. \n<\/span><\/span>Title: Perceived health and resources of the organized unemployed versus those supported by professional guidance
\n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: Both unemployment and employment are moments often caught up in ambivalence. Indeed, while there may be a reduction in the health hazards generated by professional activity, individuals must address the challenges that characterize this \u201cin-between\u201d period. This study seeks to shed light on the relationship between unemployment and perceived health, based on the activities unemployed individuals engage in. We posit that the health of unemployed persons may be improved for those who attempt\u2014through various activities, especially activist activities in our case\u2014to ground themselves in a social network and thus to benefit from resources that help them get through this \u201cin-between\u201d period. To this end, we have undertaken individual and semi-structured interviews with twelve unemployed individuals (nine women, three men). Among them, six were in an organized group and the other six were receiving support as part of a return-to-work program. Their discourses were compared using thematic content analysis. Our analysis highlights the similarities in the challenges experienced and described by the participants (stigmatization, humiliation, etc.). It also underscores the diversity of the resources used based on the group to which the individuals belong.

\n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: This article draws on life histories to discuss the experiences of men who have experienced homelessness and are engaged in the process of professional reintegration. It sheds light on their difficulties by referring to various aspects of each individual\u2019s trajectory, thus demonstrating the importance of the life history approach in studying social disaffiliation. Psychoanalytic theory is used as the conceptual framework for the research. Our results indicate that socioprofessional reintegration is largely a matter of one\u2019s relationship to oneself and others, often constructed in the face of adversity and a difficult past. Efforts to support social reintegration through work must not only take these factors into account but must also offer a framework that allows users to rebuild their capacity for relationships and, more profoundly, to undertake the psychological work of subjectivation.

Over time, the fact of overcoming this rupture will be integrated as a part of the self, a core element of the personality. We understand this creation of new meaning to be the result of an interweaving of self-narratives and socio-cultural narratives (Teyssier and Denoux 2019). Hence, this article exemplifies this theory. It is based on the analysis of the psychotherapeutic follow-up of Marie-France, who for twenty years kept her HIV-positive status secret. \n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: The period of new adoptive family bonding is the subject of much scientific research. However, the phase prior to this, concerning the development of the child during affiliation, remains understudied. This article offers an attempt at a conceptual and descriptive prefiguration of this notion. \n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: Our article looks at the individual psychotherapeutic treatment of five psychiatric inpatients, with an average age of thirty-five years, who have experienced an episode of decompensation or a worsening of their symptoms. It highlights the clinical interest of the use of virtual reality in subjects with an initially weak therapeutic alliance. The WAI-T (Horvath and Greenberg 1989) therapeutic alliance rating scale was systematically completed by the psychologist in order to measure the consistency of the bond, task, and goal items at the start of therapy. We decided to prioritize clinical observation based on predefined objective criteria during and at the end of treatment. The introduction of virtual reality for these patients allowed the reinforcement of the therapeutic contract, an involvement in therapy without abandonment, and a containment of some of these patients\u2019 self-harm behaviors. These benefits underline the relevance of introducing this new technology within psychotherapeutic treatment, based on precise indications, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

\n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: The attention paid to the problems encountered by clinical psychologists in their professional activity has led to the development, in recent years, of a resilience-based approach. However, no available publication provides information on the assessment of resilience among these psychologists. This article therefore presents the first data on this topic. This research, carried out in Bucarest (Romania), involved the participation of 108 clinical psychologists \u2013 91 women and 17 men (average age: 33.9 years) \u2013 who were administered the 25-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). The wide dispersion of scores draws attention to the need, on the one hand, to introduce resilience training into clinical psychology courses, and, on the other hand, to develop a culture of self-care among clinicians.

\n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: The physiological and psychological responses to environmental heat stress have been well established. However, when it comes to tropical climates, most studies deal with exercise, and the impact on cognition is unclear. This article reviews the main studies on cognitive tasks performed in tropical climates. Various factors can influence cognition in hot and\/or humid environments, such as subjective states, humidity, dehydration, or fatigue. These factors can have an impact on cognitive performance by using part of the neural resources that are available in limited quantities. The resources, which are allocated to different tasks or activities, may be insufficient and lead to deterioration in performance in cognitive tasks carried out in a tropical environment. We look at the main theories, such as Global Workspace Theory, used to interpret the data in the literature. Likewise, theoretical insight is shed on recent applied and innovative physiological cooling techniques and psychological strategies used in an attempt to limit the deleterious effects of the thermal environment.

Cet article a pour objectif d\u2019explorer le continuum consonance-dissonance \u00e9thique dans des situations de travail. \n<\/span><\/span>Abstract: Ethics is at the heart of the concerns of organizations, institutions, and professionals. It is mobilized in daily work decisions. These choices induce fluctuations, between consonance and dissonance with personal and professional values. This paper aimed to explore the ethical consonance-dissonance continuum in work situations. We used an interpretative phenomenological analysis to study the daily life of eight social workers, Family Economic Advisers, working in the same social action territory. The results revealed an ethics of small steps in daily work that induces variations on the ethical consonance-dissonance continuum. These daily oscillations between satisfaction and frustration could be a source of ethical dissonance.
